• Manage the Application Maintenance team of the System Integrator / Partner
• Plan Application Maintenance releases and hotfixes
• Manage relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations and Services Teams)
• Manage escalations on issues impacting productive applications
• Track Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator Service Levels
• Bug/Defect triage

• Ticketing Management System suite (must have)

• Previous experience in IT eCommerce team or System Integrator (must have)
• Previous experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) HCL Commerce (WCS), IBM Websphere, eCommerce platforms (nice to have)
• Experience working with offshore teams (nice to have)
• Basic reporting and data/processes analysis skills (must have)
