· Drive the coordination of the design process with relevant disciplines, to include: visual, marketing, operations, purchasing, real estate and construction of our stores
· Coordinate the store architecture design timelines from project inception to store opening.
· Determine existing space conditions
· Produce schematic designs from floor plans to storefront elevations to rendered concepts
· Review plans and proposal of Designers/Engineers/Contractors and Vendor Suppliers
· Review store design construction drawings for design intent and accuracy
· Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with the stakeholders to review all projects and provide them with all information required by them to complete the construction works
· Communicate red lines (revisions and corrections) with outside architectural firm
· Assist with generating new ideas for store design, which may include new storefronts/windows/fixtures/finish selection/store architecture, layout/design and signage
· Partner with internal/external resources throughout the store architecture design process to meet deadlines
· Directly reports and work closely to the Project Manager.
· Monitor the condition of store’s equipment and fixtures
· Responsible for the repair and maintenance concerns of all stores
· Contact vendors/suppliers/local engineers/engineers
· Maintain constant communication with construction, real estate and store operation teams to meet deadlines
· Resolve field design issues with General Contractors
· Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with the stakeholders to review all projects and provide them with all information required by them to complete the construction works
· Conduct periodic visits to stores to ensure adherence to global design and specifications
· Review final construction drawings with landlords for Design Criteria requirements
· Evaluate progress billing, checking completion of contractor’s work
· Ensure quality control and maintain Global standards set by the Brands
· Develop the systems, process, timeline and work sequencing considering time, cost and quality
· Other tasks as assigned
