Customer Service Representative - Local Logistics Account

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:

At least completed 2 years in College

No BPO experience are welcome to apply

Average to good communication skills

Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City

Can start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting customers through calls, emails and chats.

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Identifying any problems with the database and taking appropriate action in discussion with the direct superior.

May provide assistance and guidance to other data entry staff.

Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Produce call reports or other necessary documentation pertaining to customers interaction
