Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the company's performance, financial health, and valuation metrics. This may include analyzing financial statements, key performance indicators, and industry benchmarks.
Assist in preparing investor presentations, earnings releases, and other communications materials. Respond to inquiries from investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments to provide insights to investors and management.
Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to financial disclosure and corporate governance. Help prepare materials for annual meetings and other investor events.
Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
Work closely with other departments such as finance, legal, and corporate communications to gather information and coordinate investor relations activities.
Prepare regular reports on investor sentiment, shareholder ownership, and other relevant metrics for management and the board of directors.
Provide support to senior management in developing and executing investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder value and support the company's long-term goals.
