Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products and services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing transactions accurately using our POS system, and ensuring timely delivery or pickup arrangements.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the inventory team to replenish supplies as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, orders, and inventory data into the computer system, ensuring completeness and correctness of records.
Assist Management: Support store managers and supervisors with various tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating store events or promotions.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, to create a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.
