Description:

1. Execute End to End Recruitment.

2. Responsible in recruitment for the manpower requirements needed of the company.

3. Coordinate Manpower Request Form (MRF) to requesting project/department and ensuring that have complete attachment.

4. Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources such as Recruitment, Training and Compensation & benefits.

5. Assist in the facilitation of training preparation such as Budget Request, canvassing of venue, preparation of materials needed, and etc.

6. Conducting Employee On-Boarding.

7. In-charge of conducting orientation/discussion of house rules for newly hired and transferees/s from another project.

8. Documentation of the 201 files of the employees.

9. Dissemination of Memorandum to all employees.

10. Creation of ID’s of newly hired employees and updating ID number monitoring via google sheet.

11. Update Weekly Monitoring Report (Inactive/newly hired) employee via google form.

12. Responsible in updating NII Employee Masterlist via google sheet.

13. Responsible in updating in Clearance and Final Pay Monitoring

14. Responsible in updating Notice of Personnel Action Monitoring

15. Responsible in submission of Weekly Recruitment and Manpower Report (Inactive/Newly hired).

16. Consolidation of Daily Time Record (DTR) of Head Office employees to be submitted to Accounting Department.

17. Preparation/printing forms needed by employees like OT form, leave form, Travel Authority form, and etc.

18. Perform other tasks not specifically mentioned herein that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. A background in the different facets of Human Resources is a plus.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Have knowledge of statutory (labor law, government benefits, etc)
