At GardaWorld, we know your compensation is important so we provide competitive hourly starting rates for every market we’re in. We're growing our team here in Goodyear, Arizona:

Compensation: $20.75 / hour

Shifts: (3) available

Shift 1 - Monday through Friday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Shift 2 - Monday through Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Shift 3 - Monday through Friday 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (40 hours per week, Full-time)

About the job:

Oversee Security Officer operation at the site.

Excellent customer service is always your top priority.

You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.

You provide rapid response in critical situations.

You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.

You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.

Other assigned duties by Client Service Manager.

Your background:

1 year of Security Supervisor and Customer Service experience.

You have experience in managing several employees, coaching, counseling, correction action, scheduling, and payroll.

You have an ACTIVE Arizona Guard Card License.

You have strong customer service skills, intermediate computer skills, and experience with warehouse logistics.

You are comfortable handling paperwork and entering accurate details into logistics software.

You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)

You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
