Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, reconciliations, month-end close, and cash transactions.

Responsibilities:

Perform month-end close procedures, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular reconciliations of accounts and resolving discrepancies

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

Manage billing and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections

Oversee cash transactions, including reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy

Assist with audits and provide support as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years of experience in a GL accounting role

Strong knowledge of GAAP

Experience with billing, reconciliations, and month-end close processes

Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

CPA certification preferred
