Job Details

Maintain Quality documentation and standards.

Establish quality and regulatory standards by studying products.

Review cGMP documents for compliance with standards and regulations.

Develop specifications for materials and products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Verify inspections and testing of raw materials to ensure vendor compliance.

Implement production line inspection standards.

Prepare quality reports and analyze trends.

Train staff on quality procedures and protocols.

Report on the performance of the quality system to management.

Act as a liaison to internal/external parties.

Review batch documentation and disposition products.

Lead the QA division to deliver optimal quality and training.

Drive continuous improvement of core processes.

Ensure annual auditing requirements are met for certifications.

Coordinate incident investigations and material reviews.

Manage and train less experienced QA team members.

Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintain sampling program for retention samples and finished products.

Develop and manage change control processes.

Manage supplier and contract service qualification programs.

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with QC measuring and testing equipment.

In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and legal standards.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project Management, and Analytics software.

Dietary Supplement GMP training and working experience.

4 or more years of experience in QA leadership within the dietary supplement field.

Extensive knowledge of Dietary Supplements CGMP activities and Quality Systems.

FDA-approved course for Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) preferred.

Internal and external auditing training/certification.

Working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and auditing.
