Summary:
Abria Recovery is seeking a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
Develop and implement treatment plans
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
Participate in case management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
License or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LISW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LP)
Minimum of two years of experience working with people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a substance-use treatment setting
Experience working with people of all ages, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders
