P/T or F/T Appt Setter w/ strong growth opportunity in (Va Beach)

We’re seeking the right candidate to shake things up and make some positive changes in our sales support department.

We’re looking for an Appointment Setter for our Marketing Department. Experience in a call center setting is preferred, but not required.

But we also want someone that can do more. When the appointments are set, can you help screen applicants to grow our sales team? Can you assist with sales support and customer service? Do you want to really make a difference and help grow our team and business? If so, let’s talk. We can rewrite the job description and pay-plan together. There is no shortage of opportunity if you’re motivated.

We want to add 1-2 new members to our team. We fully train, so experience in our industry is not required. If you work hard and show that you are serious, we have advancement opportunities with performance-based bonuses. We care about helping our team members succeed and we have the tools.
