Position: Product Lead – Reusable Solutions
Purpose of the Position:
To manage the entire product life cycle for various inbuilt solutions from strategic planning to tactical execution. Serve as the internal and external evangelist for our product offerings. Involve right from the design phase and maintain the multi-cycle process of fine-tuning the product to make it market-ready.
InfoCepts provides end-to-end data & analytics solutions to commercial and public sector customers in various markets across the globe, with a focus on Analytics and Data Management (A&DM), Cloud and Data Engineering (CDE), Business Consulting (BC) and Service Management (SM) competencies. Future strategy of InfoCepts depends heavily on use of reusable solutions supported by accelerators team. It is pertinent that a specialized role is added to the team to help it adopt product mindset. The position is responsible for owning product lifecycle of reusable accelerators - owning features, defining licensing and pricing models, tracking metrics such as TCO, ROI, etc.
Reporting to the Director of Reusable Solutions, the position works closely with solutions lead, advisory, sales, delivery teams and other practice teams, supported by a global delivery model.

Key Result Areas and Activities:
Maintain Market and Customer Awareness – Proactively maintain analytics market trends, customer unmet needs, and analytics partner innovations. Engage analytics partners, teams, and customers to determine top challenges, unmet needs, roadmaps, and opportunities for innovation. Expand solution idea to a packaged offering by clearly articulating functional and non-functional features
Maintain Offerings – Govern the offerings lifecycle including conceptualization, feature definition, development, packaging, versioning, track maturity and define licensing model. Maintain rolling versions product roadmap to drive product releases.
Engage internal team to maximise impact - Work with legal and technical advisory team to assess product partnerships, and validate licensing and pricing models. Collaborate with delivery teams to identify product development, implementation opportunities and present contextualised storyline to maximize chances of win
Track adoption and RoI for accelerators team –Track effort utilization, adoption, dollar value of accelerators sales and report the same to Director – Reusable Solutions with optimization opportunities.
Market Engagement and Relationships – Work with Sales and Marketing teams to chalk go-to-market strategy highlighting key messaging and sellable features of the product. Identify and anchor partnerships to drive adoption of accelerators in Data and Analytics market. Present products and solutions at industry events and conference. Provide required support to sales and product marketing to effectively position offerings in the market. Assist in preparation of product collateral and presentations. Co-ordinate with technical team to ensure delivery of technical documentations.
Work and Technical Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Manager
Expertise in end-to-end product development lifecycle management i.e. from conceptualization to packaging
Experience in agile product development through well-defined milestones and sprints
Must have experience in defining guidelines for product change control management and product roadmap
Should possess knowledge of product pricing models and packaged offerings
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Practices and CoE’s) including delivery, marketing, pre-sales and legal.
Experience in developing business use cases and managing investment budgets
Ability to articulate solution details efficiently through technical presentation and documentation
Nice to have knowledge of legal liabilities associated with product development and packaging
Nice to have background of developing data and analytics products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Past successes with defining and launching IT solutions and products is added advantage
Recognized certifications pertaining to product management is desirable

At least 10 years of relevant experience; two years may be substituted for a master’s degree
