Overview

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance. The quality assurance (QA) analyst will participate as part of a cross-functional Agile team and will advocate for and ensure quality for their team. You will participate in development design sessions and provide feedback from a quality perspective. You will coordinate best quality practices across other teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

You work effectively with developers, BA’s, Product Managers, and customers to draft test plans and test cases from an established set of requirements. Proficient with Agile and a collaborative cross functional approach to building awesome software. Will be working with offshore teams and collaborating on best practices across multiple Agile teams.

Qualifications:

2 + years of experience in the field is a must.

Your testing experiences include planning, assessments, test case creation and maintenance. Automation experience is desirable but it’s not a must.

Knowledge of the POS retail/e-commerce space is a plus, as is experience with testing on mobile devices (iOS and Android) and payment devices.

Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, TC design frameworks is a great asset.

Restful APIs

Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

Knowledge on Jira/TestRail connectivity with Squish is a plus
