ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

What We Do

Our Finance and Accounting teams build the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.

What You'll Do

Work within the Treasury Operations Team supporting all entities globally, ensuring sufficient funds to cover daily working capital requirements and long-term growth initiatives.

In this role, you will

Organize, administer and maintain corporate and subsidiary bank documents and records; coordinate account opening/closings and signature cards as needed

Analyze, reconcile and prepare regional cash workbook weekly and provide to Treasury Manager

Understand and identify foreign exposures and flag to Treasury Manager

Work with AP, AR, Payroll, Controllership and Tax on all treasury matters and banking related issues (as needed), work closely with banking representatives across several banks to facilitate account opening/closures and any update

Maintain Forecast to Actual schedule on a daily basis

Monitor cash flows and budget code accordingly

Work with AP, AR, Payroll, Controllership and Tax teams to build out cash flow forecasts by entity and support in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting)

2-3 years of experience in Treasury; prior experience working in a global treasury department at a multinational company

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Very strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

Very strong attention to detail

Experience working within a treasury management system (ie. Kyriba) is a plus but not required

Experience in Excel or Google Sheets

Experience working within corporate banking portals, preferably as a system administrator or super-user
