JOB RESPONSIBILIITIES:

This role involves logging IT Service Desk cases, providing initial triage and technical support across various channels, and actively participating in Global Forums.

Escalate complex issues to internal or external resources and Subject Matter Experts.

Support users in the use of the ServiceNow platform by providing advice and walk-through.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing and contribute to ServiceNow Store Applications support. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in ServiceNow and familiarity with SaaS applications.

Experience working in a technical helpdesk environment, with a focus on first-call resolution.

Log cases on the IT Service Desk and maintain details of software/hardware problems.
