Garden Centre Retail Manager

A premier landscape, hardscape, design and build company is looking to hire a Garden Centre Manager to assist with the following: As the Garden Centre Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and managing staff.

You will play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the garden center, while also fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a garden center, nursery, or similar environment.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and landscaping principles preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
