About the Opportunity:

DMI, LLC is seeking a ETL Developer/Platform Administrator.

This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the data management platform,

TylerTechnologies Data & Insights, operations and participate in the planning and response to upgrades and

enhancements within the SaaS environment. This includes designing, developing, and maintaining interoperability

with approved systems. This also includes proactive monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of operational issues

and deployed features while implementing industry best practices and methodologies. Candidates must be willing to

work non-standard work hours in the event of production deployments, changes, and upgrades to minimize

disruptions to the end user experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Function as a technical expert of Tyler Technologies, Data & Insights enterprise platform at DoIT.

Proactively monitor performance, upgrades and modifications to the SaaS platform to minimize service

interruptions.

Assist with upgrades and updates, including secondary products used to deliver enhanced solutions.

Assist with modification and maintenance of macro and micro platform configurations in order to meet

business needs.

Lead technical troubleshooting and resolution in support of the platform, environment, and deployed solutions.

Identify opportunities for improved platform management through adoption of additional tools and functions.

Develop, implement, and monitor access control and security for the enterprise level platform configuration.

Function as a technical expert contributing to project documentation for new development and enhancement

projects.

Contribute to maintenance of access security for use profiles, groups, roles and object queues as well as

object level, record level and field level permissions.

Qualifications:

Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information

Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of

equivalent experience in a related field.

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

*Preferred Experience:

Experience administering a Socrata or TylerTechnologies Enterprise Data SaaS platform.

Experience with the programming language SQL, a TylerTech platform proprietary language similar to SQL

Additional Requirements:

Professional experience in supporting enterprise level business / systems analysis.

Problem solver who pays strong attention to detail.

Demonstrating critical thinking and consulting experience.

Comfortable with leadership roles and able to assist teams with collaboration of projects.

Proven experience in eliciting requirements.

Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and

tools.

*Specialized Experience:

A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience administering a TylerTechnologies SaaS platform.

Professional experience with programming languages, including SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
