Responsibilities:

Join IBTS this summer as a paid AI Intern, where you will be integral to the enhancement and optimization of our AI-driven projects. This role is perfect for a student with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence who is eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic business environment to improve operational efficiencies and project outputs. Your capabilities and creativity will help launch IBTS and its customers into the world of AI capabilities that help to create effectiveness, efficiencies, and better outcomes.

AI Project Refinement:

Assist in the refinement and optimization of existing AI models within the company's ongoing projects.

Conduct experiments to improve the accuracy and efficiency of machine learning models.

Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate new features and functionalities into existing systems.

Development of AI Solutions:

Help design and develop new AI tools and frameworks that address specific business needs.

Leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies to create innovative solutions that enhance internal processes.

Prototype and test AI models to ensure they meet the project's requirements and performance standards.

Support Internal Efficiencies:

Analyze internal workflows and systems to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.

Implement AI solutions to automate tasks, reduce costs, and increase efficiency across various departments.

Monitor and report on the performance of AI implementations, suggesting improvements as needed.

Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:

Engage with cross-functional teams to share insights and integrate AI solutions effectively.

Participate in workshops and presentations to disseminate findings and educate staff on new AI technologies and approaches.

Learning Opportunities:

Develop real-world skills in advanced AI technologies and machine learning model development.

Enhance your ability to design AI systems that align with strategic business goals.

Build expertise in the practical deployment of AI solutions within a business context.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.

Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, R, or Java.

Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of machine learning algorithms.

Proven ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
