Responsibilities:
The TPA Oversight Adjuster is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting Commercial and Homeowner liability claims. The Program Oversight Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to:
Overseeing select TPAs who handle 3rd party liability claims
Working with Internal Parties and TPAs on data exchange
Providing direction to the TPAs
Daily contact with TPAs regarding claims handling
Performing Audits of Programs and TPAs
Maintaining all workflow tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications:
10 plus years of adjusting experience particularly in adjusting liability claims in the E&S space
Looking for candidates that are computer literate with strong Microsoft Office capabilities required
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills
The aptitude to grasp medical and legal terminology
Permanent
