We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service through online chat support. This position allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home while still making a positive impact on our customers.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support across all channels
Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Proficient in typing and navigating online chat platforms
