HVAC Service Technician - South Carolina

Preferably in Columbia, SC / Greenville, SC

HVAC Service Technician Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain and service various HVAC systems including Hydronic, Steam, Chilled Water, DX, Forced Air, Heat Pump, VAV, Constant Volume, Exhaust, Heat Recovery, Sheet Metal Ducting, and related mechanical systems.

Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are well-maintained.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

Adhere to all safety requirements and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain accurate records of service activities.

Be flexible to work extended shifts when necessary (overtime may be required).

Maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.

8-hour shifts, M-F with on-call availability (OT)

HVAC Service Technician Qualifications:

Experience as a Commercial/Industrial Service Technician.

Proficient in service and repair of HVAC/R equipment, including electrical, refrigeration, gas oil, VAV/mixing boxes, fan boxes, controls, VRF, VFD, CRAC, DX, water source heat pumps (WSHP), chillers, boilers, and related hydronic equipment.

Possess a valid driver's license and CFC certification (Universal).

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.
