Expert SAP Hybrid Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of SAP Hybrid solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

- Implementation: Oversee the implementation of SAP Hybrid modules, customizations, and integrations, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

- Custom Development: Develop custom functionalities and extensions within the SAP Hybris framework to meet specific business needs.

- Integration: Integrate SAP Hybrid with other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

- Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance optimization and scalability enhancement within the SAP Hybrid platform.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP Hybrid solutions to ensure reliability, usability, and security.

- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment procedures.

- Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on SAP Hybrid functionalities, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in SAP Hybrid development, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Hybris development, with a focus on e-commerce implementations.

- Expertise in SAP Hybris Commerce Suite, including Hybrid Data Hub, Hybrid Marketing, and Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C).

- Proficiency in Java/J2EE development, Spring framework, and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

- Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration with SAP Hybrid and experience with SAP ERP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO).

- Experience with SAP Hybrid Accelerators (B2B, B2C, Telco) and SAP Hybrid PCM (Product Content Management).

- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP Hybris projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- SAP Hybrid certification(s) preferred.
