General Manager (Mining)

Minimum requirements:

Experience in mining or related industry advantageous

Successful track record in a similar project or product management role

Demonstrated experience working as part of a product development process

Proven leadership capabilities

Understanding of product and product development lifecycle

Understanding of the operation of a mine site and the business drivers of our customers

Experience with fleet management, GPS and machine automation technologies is a major advantage

BTECH / Degree (NQF Level 7) Mining Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Geology/Metallurgy

Post graduate MBA/ MBL/ Leadership Program

GCC (Mines and Works)

5 years Senior Management experience

5 years work experience in a Operational Mining environment
