Voice Engineer

Summary: Our Voice Engineer will ensure the integrity and stability of all our clients’ UCaaS solutions. This will be achieved by taking a lead position in the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintaining, and supporting of all telecommunications services. The Voice Engineer will offer internal teams and departments consultative support to leverage telecommunications technology, improve business processes, and implement solutions. This position is also responsible for designing and implementing new processes and best practices for both the day-to-day use and administration of these systems.

Responsibilities: Our Voice Engineer will maintain and support our existing clients and design, configure, and assist with Installation of

- Mitel MiVoice Products

- UCaaS Cloud Voice solutions network and telecommunications infrastructure equipment phones and other peripheral equipment.

Certifications: Certifications in deployment of RingCentral, Zoom, Mitel MiVoice

Business, Mitel MiVoice Blue Connect, and Cisco will help the candidate be

successful.

Education/Experience: The successful candidate will have earned a degree in

Telecommunications and have a minimum of 7 - 10 years’ experience in UCaaS with

strong emphasis in network design, traffic Engineering, equipment vendors, and carriers supported by their advanced certifications or equivalent experience or demonstrable skills.
