£40,000 basic salary with earnings of £55,000 plus company car and company benefits

Our team at Mercedes Benz of Ascot are expanding and we're looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join us! You'll work alongside a team of driven individuals, gaining valuable industry insights and access to the latest training and development programs.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a drive to succeed, you'll have all the support and resources you need to thrive in this role.

You'll be working closely with Sales Executives, Advisors and Sales Managers to ensure our process and enquiry management is efficient and effective. Your successful working experience within the motor industry will be crucial to ensure you have a positive impact on new and used sales conversion and add value to our offering of finance and products.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in the automotive industry as a Business Manager/Transaction Manager/Sales Controller or an experienced Sales Executive looking for your next step

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Full UK driver's licence (Manual and Automatic)
