Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Hi5 Living team dedicated to developing a suite of productivity apps with a strong focus on user privacy.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our apps not only enhance productivity but also redefine the standards of digital privacy.

You will drive the gathering of requirements, analyse market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to understand user preferences, pain points, and expectations

Analyse market, competitors and user data to identify opportunities for innovation within our app suite

Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, user stories, and product specifications

Utilise data analytics tools to extract insights and identify areas for optimisation

Advocate for features that enhance user privacy and data control

Conduct user acceptance testing

Requirements:

Previous experience (3 years+) as a business analyst, particularly in mobile app development

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Passion for privacy and data security

Fluency in English, both verbal and written
