Scrum Master, Financial Services

BIP.Monticello’s Financial Services practice area has helped our clients embrace uncertainty and drive innovation in capital markets and commercial banking for more than 19 years. To assist our clients with the next wave of change initiatives, we are seeking Scrum Master resources who have experience working on Banking (or similar) projects at leading financial institutions. Our team of consultants will assess the current state, identify and remediate issues, and advise on strategic changes to improve the business.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of project experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.), global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company.

Implement the appropriate people, process, and tools while coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the team using Agile framework.

Manage and influence individuals & stakeholder at various levels of the organization to drive change by reinforcing the Agile Manifesto and principles.

Implement the Agile best-practices and provide guidance to business partners regarding Agile project management.

Manage and facilitate the Agile ceremonies: Sprints, Retros, Stand Up, Grooming, Demos, etc.

Working knowledge of operations and business of a large financial services company preferred, with ability to navigate complex strategic initiatives.

Project Management (PMP) Certification preferred; Green or Black Belt Certification preferred; Agile or Kanban Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SaFe Scrum Master (SSM).

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering; MBA in General Management or Finance Preferred.

**The base salary range for this role is $65,000-$95,000**
