Responsibilities Include:

Manage and execute winning proposal strategies, derived from capture planning, to secure high-value contracts.

Lead the development and coordination of proposals from inception, ensuring compliance with all requirements and corporate standards.

Champion a culture of excellence, guiding the proposal team in the creation of impactful proposals that differentiate us from competitors.

Act as the primary conduit for communication and coordination across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

7+ years of demonstrated experience in proposal compliance management within the GovCon industry

Proven track record of success in navigating complex RFP requirements and facilitating compliant proposal responses

Exceptional proficiency in project management, with a keen ability to strategize, plan, and execute proposal activities effectively

Strong understanding of GovCon business development and proposal writing processes

Thorough familiarity with federal government, military, technical, and engineering concepts, terms, and acronyms

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders

Work Setting and Environment:

Monday - Friday, normal working hours

Work is to be performed remotely

Some travel to networking events in the D.C. metro area
