Main Responsibilities:

Produce all graphic materials pertaining to the promotion of the Chagee brand to drive consumers along the funnel.

Conceptualize and execute groundbreaking design concepts that will set Chagee apart in the competitive US market, spanning retail spaces, experiential events, and packaging.

Lead the production process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to brand standards.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to select suppliers, manage production schedules, QA and optimize resources to maximize impact.

Provide creative direction and guidance to integrate environmental design seamlessly with other promotional material, captivating customers and fostering brand loyalty.

Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve exceptional results within financial constraints.

Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to inform design strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the US market.

Champion sustainability efforts, leveraging design to convey Chagee's commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility.

Suggest materials, fabrics, and in-store lighting to align with Chagee's brand quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.

Proven track record (3-5+ years) in environmental design within the food & beverage industry or fashion/lifestyle industry, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful design solutions.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for conveying complex design concepts and building strong relationships.

Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives while maintaining creative integrity.

Keen ability to navigate ambiguous situations with a way-maker mentality.
