Position: Human Resources Officer

Location: Mahwah, New Jersey

What you will be responsible for:

Based in Mahwah, New Jersey, to support Mindray Animal Medical America office.

Be responsible for the whole HR functions, including talent acquisition, C&B administration, performance management, internal communication activities and other administrative functions.

40% Talent Acquisition. Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of online channels and platforms, including social media, job boards, and direct email outreach. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

20% C&B administration. Support monthly payroll and benefits related setting.

20% Employee relations management. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with 3rd party agency or legal department for the best solution as needed.

10% Team building. Communicate and work closely with HQ HR and president of Mindray Animal Medical America office to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention. Actively gain insights into the best industry practices of non-material incentives (such as intangible honors and team building) and execute in an effective and integrated manner.

Support the execution of HR policies and projects.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree or above.

Minimum 8 years of experience in HR and at least 3 years of experience in online recruitment. Experience in medical devices industry or Chinese company is a plus.

Hands-on experience on either staffing or employee relations.

Passion in HR role. Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Open minded, excellent communication skills.
