Program Overview

This structured 6-month internship program is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in warehouse operations. Interns will rotate through our Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management departments, gaining insight and expertise in each functional area. This program aims to develop a holistic understanding of warehouse logistics and prepare interns for potential future roles in the logistics and supply chain industry. OPT/CPT is welcome to apply. A return offer is available for qualified candidates.

Program Structure:

Month 1-2: Inbound Management

Learn the fundamentals of receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.

Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and coordinating with the procurement team.

Participate in the use of warehouse management systems to log and track shipments.

Understand safety standards and compliance requirements for incoming goods.

Month 3-4: Outbound Management

Gain exposure to order processing, packing, and shipping operations.

Assist in scheduling and dispatching goods, learning about route planning and freight optimization.

Participate in customer service operations, dealing with queries and feedback.

Learn about the technologies and strategies used to improve outbound efficiency.

Month 5-6: Inventory Management

Understand inventory control techniques and participate in stock audits.

Learn about inventory reconciliation and reporting discrepancies.

Participate in implementing inventory reduction strategies and efficiency improvements.

Assist in the development of inventory forecasts and planning.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Data Analyst, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eager to learn and capable of adapting to a dynamic environment.

Bilingual in Mandarin Speaking
