What you will be doing

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager you will provide support in Operational tasks as follows:

Perform the checking process related to reception and shipment of investigational drugs, diagnostic kits, devices, Clinical material supplies, CRF’s, etc.

Prepare and label the boxes with materials in accordance with WC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the close supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.

Perform activities on the Operative System, related with Inbound, Outbound and Return processes, to update information and documents attachment

The role might at times include courier services within Croatia.

What your background should look like

Curiosity in the dynamic world of specialty logistics

Absolute reliability

Strong attention to detail and wish to learn and develop

Good communication skills in Croatian and intermediate skills in English

Decent computer skills

Nice to have

Experience in the logistics field

Relevant experience in warehousing
