The Performance Marketing Team is the engine behind business growth as it handles the majority of marketing activities. This includes targeting the right audience through campaigns, distributing content via channel marketing, conducting a thorough analysis of campaign launches and budgets, and also ensuring compliance via surveillance and governance all to maximize results and maintain a competitive edge. Together this team drives ROI and elevates Synchrony's brand presence in a dynamic market.

Role Summary/ Purpose:

The selected candidate will be part of Analytics Center of Excellence rolling up to Synchrony Financial HYD. The candidate would be part of Performance Analytics team providing valuable Business insights and reporting in Campaign and Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently handle end to end project development starting from requirements gathering to project delivery and managing stakeholders

Develop the reporting framework to solve the business requirement and problem statement

Build self-serving dashboards that provides business insights and actionable items to the Process Owners and the Leadership team

Maintain the developed reports and handle the change/fault requests

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and deliver tailor made solutions

Proactively propose, initiate, execute projects that create business impact

Liaison between onshore and offshore teams

Required Skills

Minimum 0 - 2 years of reporting experience using SAS, SQL & Tableau

Reporting knowledge in Agile would be an added advantage

Prior experience in providing data driven insights, creating KPIs based on business goals and independently addressing the business problems

Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity, should be able to do multi-tasking with time management

Must have strong analytical skills along with communication and presentation skills

Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or any equivalent degree

Desired Skills

Problem-solving skills & attention to detail

Strong knowledge on Agile and Campaign Execution Process

Prior experience in automating the manual process

Knowledge on Forecasting Techniques and Capacity planning

Master’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration or equivalent

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience in SAS, SQL & Tableau or in lieu of degree minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in SAS, SQL & Tableau .

Work Timings: The role requires the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM – 11:30 AM Eastern Time. The remaining hours are flexible, and would typically not exceed 11:00 PM IST, unless there is an exceptional business need
