Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Drive data collection using tools like DMAT, XCAL, QXDM

Collaborate with performance and RF teams to understand and improve network performance

Perform drive testing for search area evaluation

Conduct radio engineering evaluations for system planning

Identify location-specific needs for new cells

Evaluate coverage and capacity problems

Collect data for event preparation, optimization, and competitive analysis

Qualifications:

BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Experience in cellular or telecommunications industry (5 to 7 years)

Knowledge of Voice cells infrastructure (Lucent, NOKIA, Samsung, Ericsson)

Familiarity with Digital Communications (5GNR, LTE, VoLTE, CDMA)

Proficiency in operating systems (UNIX, Windows) and applications (MS Office)

Familiarity with test equipment (XCAL, Viavi, PCTEL, DataPro, spectrum analyzers)

Understanding of RF System Optimization techniques for NOKIA infrastructure

Strong engineering concepts understanding
