GradRight is an Ed-fintech startup focused on global higher education. We are committed to enabling global youth aspirations by helping students find the "right education" at the "right cost." We aim to assist students in discovering their best fit universities and funding plans.
Our flagship product - FundRight is the world’s first student loan bidding platform. GradRight won the HSBC Fintech Innovation Challenge supported by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India & was among the top 7 global finalists in The PIEoneer awards hosted by The PIE News, UK. Since September 2020, 35000 students have used our services. We have received over $ 1 Billion in loan requests and successfully secured over $ 150 Million in loan approvals for more than 3000 students.
Our recently launched product - SelectRight brings together students and universities on one platform to provide an innovative approach to university selection and student recruitment. The product rests on the three pillars of data-science, transparency, and ethics to match students to their best fit universities and programs.
GradRight's core team possesses extensive domestic and international experience in the launch and scale-up of premier higher education institutions. Core Responsibilities of a Startup Growth Associate
To understand student’s problems and introduce GradRight to help solve them.
To learn how banks and NBFCs work and advise the student on the right strategies to win.
To utilise the firm’s platform and partnerships and nurture leads to signup for the firm’s services.
To engage students over telephonic conversations, emails, video calls in order to achieve your growth targets in an effective manner.
To create and maintain GradRight brand’s voice, tone, and character across all channels.
To improve existing products and help design new ones by using customer insights.
To coordinate with other colleagues with a sense of shared responsibility and help them achieve their targets.
Requirements
Comfort with talking and engaging with students in an empathetic and persuasive manner
Good listening and communicating skills
High energy, enthusiastic, dynamic nature will be of advantage
Interested in a career in sales, marketing and business development 5. Awareness of education loans/financial products will be beneficial but not mandatory
Quick learner and committed to becoming better every day
