National Advertising Services Company is looking for individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representatives. Must be fluent in French/French Canadian Preferred Hours M-F 8:00 am until 4:15 pm. for training. Permanent hours discussed upon interviewing.

DUTIES

The CSR is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients, customers (internal and external) and third parties via telephone, email, and fax. The CSR ensures compliance with client's program specifications and ACB policies and procedures. Specific CSR duties may be dependent on the client(s) they support. CSR's must manage communications proactively to ensure the most effective and timely service is provided. The CSR may be required to assist with and/or perform all work assignments generally performed by other hourly PSG employees (Account Specialists, Data Entry Clerks, Document Coordinators and Claims Processors). The CSR may also assist with special projects and the preparation of reports (routine and/or ad hoc)

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent certificat Basic PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, and Excel. General mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills as demonstrated by successful completion of pre-employment tests. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Strong organizational skills and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks/priorities. Minimum of one year work experience in customer service, production, or related field is desired. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences verbally and in writing in English and French (French Canadian Preferred). A skills test is required for this position.
