At Call Box, we created a first-of-its-kind call tracking software that is currently used by over 100,000 businesses with technology unmatched by our competitors. We produce all marketing campaigns internally, with a lean team of functional Marketing Specialists, Product Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers. Our campaigns work to increase awareness of our brands, tell our user success stories, generate leads for the sales team, engage current users, and convey new product enhancements.

Our team is focused on growing revenue from our current client base as well as sourcing and engaging new prospects through trade shows, content marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, external media, and email automation.

This position will have a heavy focus on media coordination, media management, and media analysis. You'll be our liaison with external media partners and digital marketing agencies, as well as head up and fulfill all insertion orders that include ads, webinars, e-blasts, blogs, and more. You'll have the opportunity to publish press releases and newsletters, as well as manage our social media and online reviews. Furthermore, you'll leverage Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to report on campaign outcomes and suggest areas of improvement.

An ideal candidate is:

A self-starter who is able to run with loose ideas and concepts.

4+ years of experience in a digital marketing-related position.

Agency experience is a plus.

Proven experience with media coordination and fulfillment.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO, and SEM.

Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

An excellent writer and editor, who is comfortable working with technology-focused content.

Skilled in working independently, as well as with a team, to complete assigned tasks within identified time frames.

Confident in working cross-departmentally with leaders outside the Marketing Department.

Goal-oriented and able to hold self to clear KPIs.

Organized with a propensity for analytics. Requirements

Responsibilities include:

Gain an understanding of Call Box products, vertical personas, and client industries.

Coordinate with media partners to place insertion orders, run ads, manage company profiles, and collect and analyze reporting outcomes.

Frequently analyze campaign events to check on status, identify trends, and improve performance.

Head up partner marketing efforts with external media companies that include the coordination and execution of hosted webinars and eblasts.

Coordinate paid and unpaid digital marketing efforts via Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

Track monthly spend with media partners and digital channels and organize media budget.

Work closely with digital agencies and be the point of contact for all setup, analysis, and ongoing accountability.

Publish written content such as press releases, newsletters, client testimonials, industry articles, blog posts, web page content, and social media content to engage current clients and attract prospective clients. What's in it for you:
