We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team in the Jacksonville region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing restoration projects with precision, ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients. Responsibilities:

- Execute water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation projects, in addition to any general restoration needs of our clients.

- Conduct thorough assessments and inspections to determine the scope of restoration work.

- Perform removal, cleanup, and repair activities to restore damaged properties.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

- Uphold Full Spectrum's commitment to our White Glove Service standards, providing meticulous attention to detail and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restoration services preferred.

- IICRC certification is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and *reliable transportation*.
