Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Mentor, coach, and advocate for the HR team while ensuring alignment with company values

Retention and Rewards: Develop programs to attract and retain top talent

HR Information Systems (HRIS): Oversee the administration and maintenance of HRIS platforms

Policies and Processes: Implement and administer employee policies in compliance with applicable laws

Training and Development: Offer training programs to support employee growth and performance

Performance Management: Coordinate annual performance management cycles with department directors

Compliance: Ensure all policies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations
