Senior Immigration Law Specialist

Green Maple Law Group, APC is seeking full-time Senior Immigration Law Specialists to work at its office in Newport Beach, CA.

Candidate must have at least an Associate’s degree in Laws or Pre-Law or Paralegal Studies, as well as 24 months of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant or Law Clerk.

Salary: $87,755 to $95,000.

Candidate duties will include: Supervise and mentor junior paralegals, legal assistants, or support staff, providing guidance and training.

Contribute to strategic decision-making within the legal team, including the development of case strategies and approaches.

Review correspondence and legal documents, such as immigration/non-immigration visa forms, contracts, and cover letters prepared by junior legal assistants or paralegals.

Prepare complex legal documents, including affidavits and case-related documents.

Conduct advanced legal research and analysis, identifying precedents and providing expert insights to attorneys.

Meet/call clients, lawyers, government officers, and outside vendors to discuss details of cases and schedule interviews and meetings.
