Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as a Junior Accountant.

The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis, under the guidance of senior accounting staff.

Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Assist in the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

Help with payroll processing and related tasks.

Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous internship or work experience in accounting or finance is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus.
