Position: Dietary Aide

Location: Chelsea Retirement Community-Assisted Living

Department: Dining Services Department

Shift: 4pm-730pm, 12 hours per week

Status: Part-Time less than 16 hours

Schedule: will include two consecutive weekends and holiday rotation

Restaurant Style Dining

The Dietary Aide / Server provides exceptional customer service and brightens the day of older adults through positive interactions.

What you’ll do

Create an enjoyable dining experience, serving residents and their guests

Take orders in restaurant service style setting

Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area

What it takes

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age

Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a restaurant, nursing home, or retirement community serving older adults is helpful, but not required

Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
