Schedule: Full-time

Shift: Mixed Shift

· To maintain and execute collection strategies in line with set standards and policies

· To guarantee timely and effective execution of internal control framework

· To actively managed cross functional, country and regional dependencies

· To guide, reviews and initiates capacity management for credit risk activities; ensures compliance with the departmental policies and procedures

· To control cost related to credit rating agencies

· To control bad debt provision and expenses

· To control business benefit such as write off, risk accounts not on stop, credit limit and credit exposure.

· To ensure aligning standard credit risk process across region, when necessary, agree different process with Global tower.

· To support Global project such as automation, standardize process, roll out nw initiatives.

· To exercise good management judgment in the execution of job responsibilities

· To control high risky customer's financial statement review, analysis and recommend next course of action

· To build up and maintain stakeholder relationship across the entire OTC chain

· To integrate service orientation in all areas of work

· To act as a point of escalation to business partner and end-customers

· To manage escalations between customers, sales representatives, country DHL entities and the AR department

· Recruit, build, manage and develop a team of motivated staff members to maximize performance and ensure delivery of the agreed objectives.

· Efficient leadership, people management and guidance of staff, respecting cultural environment and history.

· To guarantee effective capacity management for query handling front office and back office capacity

· Ensure proper staffing of projects to include the right level of resources based on skills, experience and formal training / education to manage change processes.

Diploma/Degree in any field

Minimum 5 years of previous Collection / Credit Risk Management experience is preferred

People management skills is required

Good telephone conversation/handling skills

Effective communication and conversational skills

High customer focus and service orientation

Advanced MS office knowledge

Presentation skills

Understand data and able to provide suggestion by analysing the impact of the holistic view.
