Commercial Manager (I)
The Commercial Manager – Loyalty & Free To Play is responsible for leading the performance and evolution of Paddys Rewards Club and Free To Play proposition for the Paddy Power Sports business.
This role will adopt the Paddy Power culture and ways of working, needing a truly cross functional approach to drive the brand forward. The successful candidate will have significant exposure to Senior Management across PaddyPower and Flutter.
This will report to the Sports Director for Paddy Power Online and has one direct report.
What You'll Be Doing...
Maximise the performance Paddy’s Rewards Club: The lead commercial partner for PRC, being responsible for the proposition and leading the charge to drive incremental ROI through our biggest free bet spend area.
Craft the Future of loyalty for Paddy Power: Paddy’s Rewards Club is the biggest single mechanic for distributing generosity. How we optimise, evolve and improve the customer proposition is a core responsibility for this role. Work with research, performance teams and central functions to craft the what the future looks like for PRC.
End to end ownership of Beat The Drop: Lead, improve and champion our top performing Free To Play across both the day to day offering and at key events to drive engagement, ROI and retention of valuable customers.
Design and lead the future Free To Play proposition for Paddy Power : Own, develop and drive the Free To Play strategy for the Paddy Power sports business. Work with teams across Paddy Power and Flutter to scope, pursue and deliver on opportunities to attract and monetise new audiences.
Generosity Planning: Accountability for the free bet planning on PP Sports. Prioritise and co-ordinate the distribution plans for Free Bet spend, being responsible for the process in conjunction with commercial leads across the core sports to support strategic goals.
Cross Functional Working : a key part of PaddyPower’s ways of working is the establishment of squads and tribes. This role will lead sub groups within the Online tribe to deliver on strategic outcomes, requiring cross functional leadership skills alongside planning and collaboration.

What We're Looking For...
Experience in a B2C environment within a functional area
A strong understanding of commercial performance and what levers within the business can be used to influence that performance
Self Starter mentality to drive momentum into initiatives to take them from inception to completion
Experience in working with a very wide variety of partners across a sophisticated / matrix organisation
Ability to clearly communicate relevant updates to senior management
