How you Will make a Difference:
This role will be responsible for all development and execution of compensation programs, policies and procedures in support of the organization’s goals and competitive practices. This position is also responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
What you Need to make a Difference:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable.
One (1) to three (3) years in long-term care or related field.
Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in compensation.
