Loan Technician II - Clearwater, FL (onsite)

Responsibilities:

The Post-Closing Loan Technician is responsible for the post-closing review of loan files to ensure accuracy/completeness of loan documentation and details to ensure compliance with all regulatory and Company lending guidelines.

Receipt and accuracy of all recorded mortgages and final title policies.

• Data entry of received mail.

• Imaging of all recorded final docs.

• Monitoring documents of unsold loans.

• Shipping documents once sold to designated investors in a timely manner.

• Monitoring Investors Final Doc Reports to ensure that nothing is aged. Clearing suspensions and following up until reconciled.

• Preparing and correcting all necessary documents pertaining to Final Docs; Security Instruments, riders, endorsements, etc.

• Initiate communication with title companies, recording offices and investors until exceptions are cleared

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates must be highly organized and process oriented.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the company and investors.

• Must be able to handle multiple requests while detailing document activity and meeting investor guidelines.

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
