Accounts Assistant

Our Singapore facility is a strategic hub in the Asia Pacific region with 22+ years of expertise in the import/export, secondary packaging and labeling of clinical supplies, cold chain handling of temperature sensitive products, and full returns and destruction management.

To support our crucial activities and projects, we are currently recruiting a Accounts Assistant to join our site.

The role

Perform all billing related activities for the Singapore site.

Liaise with internal stakeholders (PM, Ops, Finance, intercompanies) on subjects related to billing, emails distributions, and the reconciliation of open items.

Administer invoices submission to internal and external clients on time and accurately.

Process credit-rebill within the defined deadlines.

Coordinate with shared service/ AP – AR teams on open items and disputes.

Manage suppliers statements reconciliation.

Maintain healthy AR aging positioning via cash collections/follow ups with various clients.

Support other Accounts team members on related accounting activities.

The candidate:

Diploma or Degree in accounting/bookkeeping.

Minimum 2 years of Billing/Accounting experience.

Proven adequate level of MS Excel skill.

High accuracy & attention to details.

Meticulous and excellent time management.

Independent and autonomous contributor.
