This is a remote position.

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms with a strong focus on Facebook. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective media buying strategies and ensuring that all campaigns meet our key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup and Management: You will set up, launch, and meticulously manage a wide range of Facebook ad campaigns, including lead ads, conversion ads, traffic ads, video views, engagement ads, and messenger ads. This role involves handling daily adjustments and optimizations to maximize campaign performance.

Budget Management: Oversee and allocate a monthly advertising budget of up to $100,000 SGD, ensuring optimal spend across campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Performance Optimization: Perform daily assessments of campaign performance, scaling successful ads and discontinuing under performers.

Focus on maintaining stringent adherence to KPIs such as Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Appointment, and overall Return on Ad Spend.

Data Analytics and Reporting: Regularly collect and analyze performance data, using insights to adjust strategies promptly. You will be expected to maintain detailed tracking sheets and report findings to project managers, account managers, and senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with copywriters, creative teams, and other stakeholders, providing them with detailed, data-driven feedback to refine advertising materials and strategies continually.

Trend Analysis and Application: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, especially in Facebook Ads. Regularly research and document successful campaign strategies from across the industry and apply these learnings to our campaigns to keep our approach cutting-edge.

Results:

Revenue Growth: Drive significant increases in revenue by optimizing lead generation, aiming for at least a 30% increase in revenue per targeted campaign.

Ad Spend Efficiency: Manage and optimize a substantial ad budget to maintain or exceed a 7x Return on Ad Spend across all managed platforms.

Traffic Enhancement: Implement and refine strategies to drive at least a 30% increase in website traffic while maintaining a bounce rate below 40%.

Engagement Boost: Achieve and maintain a minimum 25% engagement rate on new content across all social media platforms, contributing to enhanced brand visibility and interaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of robust experience in media buying, with extensive hands-on experience managing significant advertising budgets and leading successful digital campaigns, especially on Facebook.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau), and CRM systems.

Analytical Abilities: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make informed decisions that lead to measurable improvements in campaign performance.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively articulating campaign results and strategic recommendations to a diverse audience, from technical teams to executive stakeholders.

Certifications: Preferably certified in major digital marketing platforms, including Facebook Blueprint Certification and Google Ads Certification.
