Designation: Software Sales Associate Trainee

Job Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients.

Conduct market research to gain insights into customer needs and industry trends.

Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders within companies to promote our software solutions effectively.

Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our software products.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals that address clients' specific requirements.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions utilizing CRM software.

Negotiate and finalize sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines and customer satisfaction parameters.

Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities through continuous learning and research.

Participate actively in sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills to meet customer needs successfully.

Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to thrive in a sales-focused environment.

Genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn about software solutions.
