Job Location: Hyderabad

· Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in processing payroll and OTL in Oracle HCM Cloud.

· Leading the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Time and Labour, Payroll Cloud module.

· Work closely with other Cloud modules of the HCM track e.g., Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and with Finance and Project Costing tracks.

· Work closely with technical work streams to provide module expertise during the design of interfaces, reports, etc.

· Build strong relationships and trust with our customers as well as internal stakeholders.

· Play a key role in developing the Oracle HCM Cloud practice and building repositories.

· Ability to understand the legacy system and map to the oracle cloud.

· Ability to gather requirements, analyse and prepare the fit/gap document.

· Ability to design and maintain complete payroll processing.

· Ability to conduct SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel.

· Ability to build bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation that will tie out to ADP's quarterly filings and deposits.

· Ensuring that ADP's annual filings tie out to the W2.

· Ability to perform Bi-weekly gross-to-net reconciliation.

· Good with Microsoft Excel formulas to validate and analyse the data.

Requirements

· Experience in delivering at least 1-2 OTL implementation projects.

· Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment).

· Hands-on configuration experience in OTL/Payroll module.

· Be able to demonstrate knowledge of OTL best practice methodologies.

· Experience working on Biometric/third-party device integrations with standard OTL modules.

· Have a working knowledge of OTL Fast Formulas.

· Ability to build custom OTL reports using BIP.

· Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.

· Excellent client-facing skills and ability to liaise with clients at all levels.

· Individuals must be able to interpret and analyse payroll data.

· Proven ability to work in an organized manner with the ability to manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines, at times handling multiple tasks Concurrently while maintaining proper prioritisation.
